What is the incubation period of Hives?
There are two different types of hives or urticaria, which also have different incubation periods. The first type is the Acute Hives that only last for only several hours. However, acute hives can also last for six weeks of less.
The other type is called Chronic Hives. This lasts for more than six weeks. The different signs and symptoms may disappear in a short time but eventually appears again. It is very important to avoid scratching the skin during attack as it can worsen the situation.
